As Finance Senior Expert you will bring both financial expertise and business leadership to ensure excellent decision making, the maximization of long-term profits, cash flows and shareholder value as well as the delivery of sustainable financial results. You will work with senior management to develop financial strategies for the company. You are expert in the field of finance, accounting and tax fields meanwhile you are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with C-level to develop and implement future financial strategies.
• Drive operational excellence and strengthen efficient internal controls.
• Supervise the budget and expenditure of all planning programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional advice to the business to push performance.
• Analyze and monitor financial transactions, cash flow, and capital management.
• Establish accounting & finance policies and procedures.
• Drive financial performance through sound decision making and analysis.
• Financial reports
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the company.

Who you are:

• Detail oriented, able to perform complex numerical computations and reports with high accuracy in the calculation.
• Having a strong interpersonal communication, result-driven personality and going extra miles-minded.
• Must be fluent in English (as the stakeholder mostly expatriate)
• Excellent command Ms. Excel/Spreadsheet and experience in using Accounting Software/System.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with strong leadership.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, consulting. Preferably from a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic is required.
