TurbomachineryExpert (Technical Sales Consultant)

• Seasoned Service experience forTurbomachineryequipment with 10+ Years of related experience.
• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Preferably in field service, engineering, and workshop environment

• Comparable board specialised expertise and constant ongoing training in the rea (additional formal qualification certificates etc.,)
• Generalist understanding relating to market and economic aspects as well as basis understanding of feasibility checks.
• Understand and gain knowledge about the Balance of plant equipment customer base and applicable sales processes.
• Fluent in business English
• Knowledge of local/general technical standards and directives as well as international standards like API
• Advance knowledge of project management methods
• Badis Knowledge of Thermodynamic and design details forturbomachineryand their components.
• Sales experience in international environment

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all local legal obligations including IP compliance (OEM property rights)
• Regular participation to customer visits in the region together with respective sales manage in order to recognize and develop business opportunities for all Omnicare products like maintenance, spare parts, repairs, revamps, service contracts and field service.
• Support of field service personnel in case of technical problems
• To comply with the company’s internal rules and guidelines (House of Compliance etc.,)
• To provide information, maintain records and carryout all duties (e.g. use of CRM ) in an accurate efficient and timely manner
• Proposal and feasibility of possible offerings towards customers
• Implementation of technical analyses including reporting and documentation
• Document all customer interactions and new machines properly in CRM systems.
• Technical Consulting for all mechanical operating issues of localturbomachineryfleet (Internally and externally)
• Sales support on regionalturbomachineryfleet of any OEM, concerning technical discussion and possible solutions.
• Development of opportunities of third-party machine business identified by sales managers with existing and new customers in alignment with Ominicure and Sales managers.
• Alignment with sales, Engineering, Field service and workshop concerning possible repair concept and solutions.
