• Supporting the company with day-to-day tax compliance matters, including tax calculation, tax payment, and tax filing, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain coordination and relationship with related parties in terms of tax matters.
• Manage appropriate relationships with statutory tax officers in terms of statutory tax audit and external/statutory requirement/reporting.
• Validating taxes related to the procured goods and services.
• Prepare and ensure timeliness and completeness of all regular taxes (WHT & VAT) reporting to the local Tax offices.
• Ensure all tax reporting is properly supported and reconciled.
• Managing tax invoices and withholding tax slips, both incoming and outgoing.
• Coordinate and manage overall tax activities of the Company’s commercial & operations to ensure all tax obligation is met and all tax risk is mitigated.
• Monitor Cash tax and P&L Tax figure of the Company to ensure their effectiveness and & efficiency implication to the business.
• Prepare and manage Tax provision and Compliance process to ensure all obligations and risks are addressed.

Requirements:

• Able to generate VAT, Withholding Tax, & Corporate Tax Returns by E-SPT.
• Hold Brevet A, B, & C certificate (Hold USKP A/USKP B certificate will be an advantage).
• Proficiency in tax filing applications (e-SPT, Unifikasi/e-Bupot, e-Faktur, etc).
• Minimum 3 years in job-related experience in tax or tax consultant firm (supervisory level).
• Have excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)
• Minimum bachelor degree in Taxation/Accounting.
• Able to analyze financial statements related to tax accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
• Have excellent knowledge of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia.
