Prepare BU's financial statements and other reports needed by project manager and management

Minimum pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Accounting, 2 tahun di posisi/ jabatan yang sama

Familiar terhadap SOP Akuntansi, Analisis laporan keuangan, perpajakan, manajemen keuangan, budgeting dan budget variance analysis

- Memantau dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

- Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan, triwulanan, dan tahunan.

- Mengelola anggaran dan merencanakan pengeluaran keuangan.

- Memastikan pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang akurat dan lengkap.

- Menyusun jurnal umum dan jurnal penyesuaian.

- Mengelola siklus akuntansi mulai dari pencatatan hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting / finance / tax

Work experience in a public accounting firm or proficiency in using macros would be preferred

Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Accounting

Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Positive attitude, professional, responsible, hardworking & eager to learn

Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports

Be the Lead in ERP implementation of Finance and Account Modules.

To comply with all reporting, accounting, and audit requirements imposed by all applicable accounting-related regulatory bodies in Indonesia.

Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate

Ensure Tax efficiency of company business compliance with local Tax requirements. Prepared deferred tax calculations and implemented Transfer Pricing policies

Knowledge of Local Tax both Indirect and Direct Laws essential.

Minimum Accounting, Finance, or Tax bachelor's degree

3 years of minimum relevant job experience

Having good knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations

Excellent accounting skills and journal transactions, especially ledger

Strong analytical ability, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work additional hours as needed

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Accounting - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
