Support finance manager for external and internal audit, tax audit, and other regulatory audit

Create Tax Invoice, prepare Journal Voucher, prepare Journal Payment to be reviewed by Finance Manager

Responsible for finance operation, accounting and tax of the company

Coordinate with local business team and regional shared services center regarding finance matter 

Other ad-hoc job accounting and finance functions as they arise.

Prepare raw/basis data for monthly closing and reporting, FP&A, and tax reconciliation and reporting

Support finance manager for external and internal audit, tax audit, and other regulatory audit

Create Tax Invoice, prepare Journal Voucher, prepare Journal Payment to be reviewed by Finance Manager

Min. 3 years experience in finance, accounting, and/or tax from end to end

Responsible for finance operation, accounting and tax of the company

Coordinate with local business team and regional shared services center regarding finance matter

Other ad-hoc job accounting and finance functions as they arise.

Business-related experience in fund accounting and Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area.

Manage to achieve zero audit findings.

Good English skill both verbal and written

Monitor the work activities to ensure timelines and accuracy of the Fund Valuation in department, including data information distribution.

Process daily work in a timely and accurate manner as well as act as an escalation point for questions and research

Review associate work and provide signoff for complex transactions or sensitive clients

Assist in general financial management and analysis

1 year of experience working in accounting or audit

Has experience in retail or distributor industry would be an advantage

Maintain accounting journal, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet and PL

Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations

Perform monthly and quarterly financial statements

Mengatur & bertanggung atas seluruh kegiatan di kantor cabang agar berjalan sesuai SOP, yang meliputi kegiatan marketing, operasional, & collection

Membuat & mengimplementasikan rencana kerja, baik di bidang marketing, operasional, & collection, untuk mencapai KPI yang ditetapkan secara efektif & efisien

Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Kepala Cabang khusus produk trucking, kendaraan niaga/fleet, atau alat berat

Menguasai atau berpengalaman mengenai market & demografis di daerah Surabaya

Bersedia penempatan di salah satu cabang di seluruh Indonesia

Assist in preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting

Support and provide necessary insights for management reporting as requested

Strong knowledge and Experience in operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Minimum of five years of total experience, with the last two years in a similar role

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ad hoc and project managements

Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics

Ability to draw insights and actions from data

Analyzing and report on business performance

Carry out regular analysis and forecasting variations

Identify ideas and initiatives that can improve business process efficiency

Assist in general financial management and analysis
