Finance Process Analyst Jobs

The Finance Process Analyst is responsible for providing expertise and support in the area of accounting for the projects and product development, work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to accounting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough planning and risk assessments, communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Working closely with the project and product department
• Provide financial analysis and support to various departments to assist with decision-making.
• Ensuring the deliverables of the project related to finance reporting
• Stay current with relevant accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance of the project
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support the project department
• Anticipate possible issues in the accounting related modules and proactively addressing them.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial accounting systems, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Min. 1 years of experience in financial administration and execution, with having exposure to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3.00 GPA
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with creating financial statements via ERP is a huge plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
