Junior A&R Staff

:

We are currently looking for a Junior A&R Staff to join our team. The Junior A&R Staff will be responsible for supporting the A&R team in all aspects of the artist development process, including talent scouting, artist relations, music promotion, and label administration.

Responsibilities:

- Actively scout for new and emerging talent and present findings to the A&R team

- Assist in the development and coordination of artist promotional plans

- Attend shows and events to discover and engage with new artists

- Work closely with artists to ensure their needs are met and address any issues that may arise

- Coordinate demos and master recordings and facilitate communication between artists, producers and engineers

- Manage and organize record label administration and paperwork

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

Requirements:

- Passion for and extensive knowledge of music and current industry trends

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

- Familiarity with music production and recording processes

- Experience in scouting and developing new talent is a plus.
