Pendidikan: Gelar D3 atau S1 diutamakan bidang pemasaran.

Pengalaman: Pengalaman 2-3 tahun di bidang pemasaran, diutamakan dalam bidang Medical Device, Water Treatment, Suplemen kesehatan.

Pengetahuan Pemasaran: Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar pemasaran, seperti segmentasi pasar, penelitian pasar, analisis pesaing, dan strategi pemasaran.

Kreativitas: Kemampuan untuk berpikir kreatif dalam merancang kampanye pemasaran yang inovatif dan menarik.

Analisis Data: Kemampuan untuk menganalisis data pemasaran dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan hasil analisis.

Kerja Tim: Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim dan berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain, seperti tim desain atau tim penjualan.

- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Powerpoint).

- Min. 1 year Sales Administrator/Sales Support experience.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Handle data monitoring depletion and sales.

- Collect and input universal data.

- Understand sales performance metrics and generate the data.

- Manage and organize record label administration and paperwork

- Passion for and extensive knowledge of music and current industry trends

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Experience in scouting and developing new talent is a plus.

- Actively scout for new and emerging talent and present findings to the A&R team

Experience in managing multiple social media channels & community management

Manage and coordinate content creation for our blog, being able to stick to deadlines and follow our editorial calendar

Support our Head of Marketing as Account & Project Manager for creative campaigns with partners

2+ years of experience in a relevant Marketing role, preferably in Sustainability or NGO

Preferably has experience with Hubspot.
