Overview

• The FP&A Analyst will also perform the project Spend Tracking for green field post capex approval, estimate cash flow impact and support in general monitoring of the capex project progress with ad-hoc analysis.
• The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for the Coordination and Preparation of Monthly Closing, review of monthly performance of P&L and Cashflow submissions including NOPBT COC

Main responsibilities

• Lead the G&A, ERC Planning for Indo-snacks, including ZBB
• Build trackers to ensure capex project stays on course as per plan
• Coordination and Preparation of Monthly POR leadership team and BU
• Lead Project Spend Tracking for green field and estimate cash flow impact
• Coordination and consolidation of AOP, Forecast related Hyperion submissions and other off-line template requirements through the course of a year.
• Ad-hoc analysis/sensitivity on the capex based on requirements from different cross functional teams
• Coordination and Preparation of Monthly Closing, review of monthly performance of P&L and Cashflow submissions including NOPBT COC

Qualifications

• Setting up the foundations of financial planning for Indonesia
• Operations cross-functional interaction and alignment
• Strong communicator & influencer.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically, and across multiple cultures
• 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning, FMCG – Food and Beverage
• Excellent functional Knowledge of FPNA processes in FMCG (Food and beverage business)
• SAP and HFM experience
• Solid analytical and functional skills. Ability to think and connect the dots / see the big picture without losing sight of details
• Solid understanding of business models.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, monitoring, coordination, and budget ownership
