Responsibilities

• Analyze reports, textbooks, and case laws related to maritime casualties in detail to create concise and comprehensive reports. These reports should align with the principles of marine insurance and maritime law and be completed within the company's guidelines and set timelines.
• Conduct thorough investigations into marine insurance-related losses, focusing on maritime casualties and losses resulting from various types of shipping incidents (such as containerized, tankers, bulk carriers, etc.). The goal is to determine policy liability based on the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
• Be available to attend meetings and conduct on-site surveys/inspections as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer usage and capable of working as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Possess a curious and inquisitive mind, along with strong analytical skills.
• Graduate with excellent academic record.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills, self-motivation, dynamism, and a proactive attitude.
