:

• Underwrite minor alteration, policy holder changes, Policy/Medical Benefit Card duplication, and autodebet.
• Coordination with CCA for fraud prevention call
• Risk selection of major changes, reinstatement and re-risk selection as per approval authority limit
• Print Approval Sheet & ask for approval as per authority limit
• Check completeness of submitted file
• Cooperate with Medical Underwriter for medical cases if needed
• Verify validity of policyholder’s signature and supporting documents before processing policy alteration
• Capture pending reasons

Requirements:

• Preferably Certified of LOMA280 – Principles of Insurance, Certified of LOMA290 – Insurance Company Operations
• Bachelor degree
• 1 year experience in insurance industry
