Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Join forces with our co-founders to shape the strategic direction of Fruyee Indonesia. Drive our nutrition-focused vision, ensuring it aligns with our overarching business goals.
2. Nutrition and Health Innovation: Bring your passion for nutrition and cutting-edge health practices to the table. Lead the development and implementation of groundbreaking nutritional strategies and personalized nutrition approaches, staying on top of the latest industry advancements.
3. Product Development: Unleash your creativity and nutritional expertise to develop a delectable lineup of personalized food products. Craft offerings that cater to individual goals, combining nutritional science, dietary requirements, and emerging trends to create a truly irresistible portfolio.
4. Quality Assurance: Set the bar high for quality control, ensuring our products exceed industry standards and comply with regulations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish rigorous quality assurance protocols at every stage of the product lifecycle.
5. Consumer Education: Educate and inspire our customers to embrace personalized nutrition and make informed food choices. Develop engaging and comprehensive educational programs and materials, including captivating articles, blogs, and social media campaigns.

8. Team Development: Build and lead a dynamic team of nutrition professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Encourage knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration to fuel our collective success.
9. Industry Leadership: Stand tall as a thought leader in personalized nutrition and healthy food innovation. Represent Fruyee Indonesia at conferences, industry events, and media engagements, sharing your insights, building partnerships, and spreading the word about our vision and mission.

Qualifications

• Track record of successfully developing and launching innovative and personalized nutrition food products.
• Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in the nutrition, food, or personalized nutrition industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with unwavering attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications in nutrition are highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and food regulations in Indonesia.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an unwavering passion for revolutionizing healthy food and personalized nutrition.
