Loss Prevention Manager Jobs

Responsibilities :

• Propose and implement security improvements to minimize loss of inventory, money, or other company assets.
• Performed regular assessment and maintenance on company’s loss prevention mechanism, including company policy, surveillance equipment, access points, and other prevention mechanism in place.
• Ensure compliance to local authority requirement for security and safety.
• Design and communicate workplace safety protocols, especially inf emergency preparedness cases
• Develops strong professional cooperation with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Oversees all loss prevention activities which are include but not limited to patrol, emergency response, investigations for all employee related incidents/cases with regards to security breaches, inventory safeguard process, and electronic key system.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English
• Have strong network with police, guard community, and having knowledge of Indonesian law
• Strong personality and physic
• Minimum 5 years as Lost and Prevention Manager
