Product： Bigo Live - a global live-video social platform

Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for the daily operation of Bigo Bar, including but not limited to improving the DAU and the posting rate of users in Bigo Bar, event promotion, etc.;

2.Responsible for the daily operation of Bigo Community, including but not limited to improving the penetration rate of DAU and UGC event participation, output activity plan, guide users to a lively comment section atmosphere, etc.;

3. Responsible for the communication with agency, users and hosts. Make suggestions and output feasible plans to improve user experience;

4.Responsible for developing the creator - the talented users and cultivate a benchmark which can be copied by others for each category.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree is required; Base in Jakarta;

2.Fluent in English, and excellent communication skills;

3.1~3 years related experience such as community operation, content operation at the internet companies is a plus;

4.Have a good command of MS Office and data analysis;

5.Have insights on local Internet culture and mainstream social app;

6.Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
