Sales And Operations Intern

Job Scope
Promote solar energy and emergency power solutions to commercial and industrial customers
Contact creditworthy multinational and large local companies with at least 10,000 sqm of roof area
Acquire new customers by direct sales as well as building and managing an agent and introducer network
Perform full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing proposals and responding to clients' requests
Perform site visits to gather key technical information in order to make commercial proposals
Work with project development colleague and contractors to prepare technical proposal and obtain project costing
Work with the team to run financial modelling and structure commercial deal for customers (training provided)
Formulate business proposals and make effective presentations to clients and consultants
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your manager
Travel within Java for client visits, namely to industrial areas such as Karawang and Bekasi
Requirements
Willingness to learn and enjoy the opportunity to grow through training and mentorship in the field of renewable energy
You will receive training in sales, financial modelling and basic PV system engineering
Self-motivated achiever who enjoys face to face client engagement and deal making
Degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business; graduates in any discipline with the right mindset will be considered
Experience in selling technical products or services is an advantage
Exposure to some financial modelling or basic finance principles is an advantage
Good business acumen and commercial awareness with proven track record in sales and business development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent in Power Point and Excel
