Sales And Operations Representative Intern

LingoTalk is a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to empowering language learners through efficient and standardized language learning services as an education technology platform. We are currently seeking a committed and deadline-driven Sales and Operations Representative Intern to join our outstanding sales team for a 12-week internship with the potential for extension to a full-time position based on exceptional performance.

As a Sales and Operations Representative Intern, you will be responsible for completing various tasks assigned by the CEO, including market research, identifying business opportunities in the B2B sector, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and providing assistance to the Business Development department whenever necessary. You should be capable of following instructions and working independently when required.

The ideal intern will be an excellent fit for our energetic and creative team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on challenging and meaningful projects, with guidance from a mentor and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Update documents and sales records accurately.
• Keep track of ongoing classes.
• Work closely with the CEO or assigned staff member and complete all allocated tasks.
• Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
• Review sales performance against targets.
• Organize class schedules.
• Assist in developing client relationships and retaining existing accounts.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Conduct desktop research to generate lists of potential customers through surveys or by speaking to B2B clients.
• Communicate with tutors and other departments involved in the tasks.

Requirements:

• Working experience in high-growth Ed-Tech startups or companies is a plus.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
• Penultimate university student or a fresh graduate with internship experience, enrolled in Sales, Marketing, or Business majors, preferably from top universities in Indonesia or overseas graduates.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
• Able to work in a hybrid setting in the Jakarta area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
