Livestreaming Operation Jobs

Responsibility :

1. Execute live operation activities for TikTok and e-commerce marketplace, including be on standby during session and provide technical assistance to ensure live sessions are conducted smoothly

2. Adding product selection cart and checking and setting promotion and stock

3. Responsible for the daily management of live room studio, Equipment checking and adjustment before live;

4. Brief and assist host in monitoring incoming comments, help liven up the live atmosphere

5. Provide insight to key account on frequently asked questions or issues for improvement

6. Take part in optimizing live performance

Qualifications :

1. At least S1 (Economy, Communication, Business Management)

2. Have experience in live streaming operation at least 1 year

3. Possess good communication skills to interact with host and improvise on unexpected situations

4. Have technical know-how to operate live stream field and OBS operating

5. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
