Responsibilities:

• Maintain & grow relation with KOLs, platform team & MCNs related to affiliate & influencer marketing programs internally and externally
• Plan and execute affiliate & influencer marketing programs
• Recap, analyze, report about affiliate & influencer marketing programs
• Plan affiliate & influencer marketing budget
• Develop end-to-end KOL marketing strategy from sourcing, on boarding to managing and monitoring sales performance of the creators to ensure healthy return on investment (ROI)
• Negotiate with KOLs, platform team & MCNs
• Find creators / KOLs for additional jobs (shooting content, guest star, branding endorsement, site visit, etc.)
