Job Description
Qualifications:
1. Must have experience in other similar applications in this position.
2. Understand LIVE Streaming on TikTok and preferably have experience in similar applications (DEEP UNDERSTANDING ABOUT TIKTOK LIVE HOSTS AND HOW LIVE STREAMING
WORKS ON TIKTOK)!
3. Active on social media and TikTok.
4. Have a good Instagram account (minimum 5k followers, there are feed posts)
5. Have experience to convince and convey information well in inviting people to join.
Job Desc
1. Looking for and contacting potential talent candidates through various sources especially TikTok LIVE media with your personal accounts, the target is to REACH 60 people per day.
2. Monitor and build relationships with talents who have successfully joined the Starlink Management Agency in order to achieve a minimum *target duration and diamond bonus.
3. Fill out daily reports and monthly reviews related to work.
4. Ensuring that the talent target is successful in joining
Starlink Management, have target minimum per month.
Job Type : FREELANCE - WFA/WFH/Remote
Basic Salary exclude Bonus : Start from IDR 1M/month
*Bonus/month : Unlimited
