TikTok/Reels Specialist: Create Awesome Content and Boost Brands!

We're looking for a creative TikTok/Reels Specialist to make our clients' brands shine on social media. As part of our team at Lèngua, you'll come up with, make, and improve engaging TikTok/Reels videos that people will love. Your talent for catching on to trends and your love for making cool stuff will help make brands unforgettable.

What You'll Do:

• Think up, film, and edit TikTok/Reels videos that show off what a brand is all about and that lots of people will enjoy.
• Work with and direct talents people to make videos that feel real and that everyone can relate to.
• Try out new ideas for videos, like cool music, special effects, and fun challenges, to keep things exciting.
• Work closely with different teams, like writers, managers, directors, and editors, to plan TikTok/Reels videos that match our goals.
• Help create bigger campaigns that use TikTok/Reels to spread the word about brands.
• Make sure lots of people see and like the videos by using data to figure out what works best.
• Stay updated on the latest TikTok/Reels trends and changes, so the content stays fun and interesting.

What You Need:

• Being able to make videos that show what a brand is about but also fit with TikTok/Reels style.
• Understand what makes TikTok/Reels special, like the features it has and what's popular.
• Understanding how social media numbers work and using them to make videos even better.
• Really like to stay in the loop with the latest TikTok/Reels trends and fun stuff people are sharing.
• Proof that you've made cool TikTok/Reels videos that people liked.
• Being good at working and sharing ideas with others.
• Having a creative mind and being able to come up with new things and try out what's new.
• Knowing how to shoot and edit videos on your phone using tools like CapCut.
• A portfolio showcasing your successful TikTok/Reels content creations in your personal account or brand’s account you have handled.
