Role Description

Dirome Agency is looking for a talented Content Creator for Reels to join our growing team. As a Content Creator for Reels, your responsibilities will include:

• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their overall quality and appeal.
• Maintain and organise your equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure visual consistency and coherence across various platforms.
• Responsible for setting up scenes, arranging props, and staging subjects to achieve the desired visual impact.
• Responsible for post-processing their images using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. This includes tasks such as retouching, color correction, cropping, and applying filters to enhance the final images.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their visual content needs.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos that align with client branding and storytelling objectives.
• Document events, lifestyle scenes, and product photoshoots with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Qualifications

Dirome is looking for a qualified Content Creator for Reels who has experience and knowledge in the following:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexibility to adapt to different brand aesthetics and styles.
• Knowledge of video production processes such as storyboarding, scripting, and editing
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other content creators
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that are aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetic
• Previous experience creating video content for Instagram Reels or TikTok
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
