As a Business Development & MCN Executive, your main responsibility is to develop and grow the business by selling MCN and to brands and acquiring new clients. You will be involved in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential brands and clients, and managing the entire sales from start to finish.


Responsibilities


MCN:


  • Policy enforcement and compliance
  • Partner negotiation and management
  • Growth strategy development for MCN
  • Content and channel management


Business Development


  • Stay updated on industry developments and identify new trends that can be leveraged as business opportunities.
  • Increase brand visibility and create trust through the utilization.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends related to marketing strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the business and expand the market.
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with brands
Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in MCN industry
  • Result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
