As an MCN Manager in our esports industry company, you will be at the forefront of managing our multichannel network. Your responsibilities will revolve around nurturing, developing, and expanding our esports content network while ensuring the success of creators within the network. Collaborating with internal teams and creators, you will work towards achieving the company's growth and exposure targets. Below are the key responsibilities expected from an MCN Manager:

1. Network Development and Maintenance:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new creators.
• Ensure that creators adhere to the network's policies and requirements.
• Identify potential esports creators and content suitable for joining the network.
• Strengthen relationships with existing creators within the network.

1. Exposure and Growth Enhancement:

• Design and implement strategies to enhance the exposure of creator content across esports platforms and social media.
• Assist creators in optimizing and improving the quality of their content.
• Analyze data and performance metrics of creators to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop marketing campaigns to increase viewership, subscriptions, and engagement.

1. Creator Relationship Management:

• Address any inquiries or issues arising from creators within the network.
• Maintain effective communication with creators within the network to foster engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide support and guidance to creators on content development, marketing, and collaborations.

1. Analysis and Reporting:

• Seek market insights and esports industry trends to enhance network strategies.
• Conduct data analysis to measure network and creator performance.
• Compile regular reports on network growth, performance, and goal achievements.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the esports industry, social media platforms, and current content trends.
• Having a strong network of contacts within the creator community, esports teams, and related industry stakeholders will be considered an additional advantage.
• Proficiency in designing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Exceptional communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in MCN management, digital content management, or related esports fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Media Management, or Business.
