Manage and oversees team of content planner, content editor, and videographer

Monitor production timeline and ensure all productions run smoothly, outputs are delivered on time and as per client's requirements

Ensure output quality through approval and revision process

Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals

Conduct periodical results review of project and team performance and develop action plan for improvement.

Pay attention to TikTok industry trend & topics, aware the dynamics of competing products and propose corresponding countermeasures.

Min. 2 years experience as a graphic designer & video editor

Creative professional with technical skills for design graphic and video editing

Have experience working around fashion or brand related is more preferred

Handling production from pre-production until post production

Able to do research content for designated channel individual and team’

Able to creating script and storyboard for campaign purpose

Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects

Create contents for social media ads (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)

Propose ideas based on up-to-date social media trends

Working with production team or individual end-to-end projects

Create concept for videos, shooting, and edit

Deep understanding about set-up and preparation of video production i.e.: lighting, camera, and studio set

Minimum 2+ years experience in campaign management, content production, creative agency AE, and similar experiences.

Excellent project management skill with strong details oriented.

Manage content production and ensure content deliverables are finished on time based on projects timeline

Strong communication skills and proven track record in managing complex projects.

Experience in technology sector and/or start up companies is a plus.

Proven ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirement.
