Branch Manager Jobs

Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of sales targets
Reviewing and ensuring the readiness of the sales order for delivering process
Responsible to monitoring and controlling activities in branch
Organize and execute sales & marketing activities, including monitoring competitor activities, market research, promotion, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from all faculty
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
Previous experience in Building Materials Industry will be prioritized
Have a strong capability as a leader and can continue to improve performance and motivate a team
Able to supervise subordinates to achieve sales target effectively & efficiently
Highly integrity, honest, committed & responsible person
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as with customers
Good leadership skills
Computer literate
Have driving license
Fluency in Indonesian, English (required), and Mandarin (desired)
Work placement: Madiun
