Customer Service - Bandung Branch

Responsible :

• Provide accurate and clear information to customers related to regulation, product or service knowledge.
• Updating customer data / information to internal system.
• Receiving and making requests for checkbooks and current accounts and activating their receipts.
• Conduct implementation SLA related customer account and fund transfer has done according to the Policy and SOP.
• Prioritize customer’s satisfaction by providing good service to the customer.
• Handling and managing customer complaints.
• Serving the opening of savings and deposit checking accounts.

Requirements :

• Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
• Accustomed to working under pressure and detail-oriented.
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
• Well-groomed, friendly and communicative.
• Thorough, honest, and responsible at work.
• English communication (speaking & writing).
• Minimum 2 years experience in same position, preferable as Customer Service in Banking Industry.
