Job Offer: Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Our dynamic team based in Bali is seeking a highly skilled and passionate full-time Customer Service Representative. The primary role is to interact with our customers both online (via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook) and in-store at our shop in Canggu.

Language Proficiency:
Absolute proficiency in both English and Indonesian (written and oral communication) is a mandatory requirement. Professional level grammar and punctuation are expected.
Location: Canggu, Bali
Working Hours: 1pm - 9pm, 6 days a week (with the option for overtime and bonus pay)
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferred booking dates.
- Coordinate effectively with team members to arrange bookings.
- Display a friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanour in all customer interactions.
- Use computer and phone systems effectively and efficiently.
- Learn our products at an advanced level to provide accurate answers to customers.
- Maintain good organisation and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Must have your own transportation (bike,car etc)
- Ability to work late nights when necessary (bonus provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all types of customers.
