Provide accurate and clear information to customers related to regulation, product or service knowledge.

Minimum 2 years experience in same position, preferable as Customer Service in Banking Industry.

Prioritize customer’s satisfaction by providing good service to the customer.

Serving the opening of savings and deposit checking accounts.

Conduct implementation SLA related customer account and fund transfer has done according to the Policy and SOP.

Receiving and making requests for checkbooks and current accounts and activating their receipts.

Supervise and manage our service technician

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Make a report for customer about their service

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Agrotechnology, Biology or equivalent

Able to mobile and having a driving lisense (SIM A or SIM C)

Good Communication and decision maker
