Sub Branch Manager Jobs

Key Requirements:

• Good in analysis, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Banking Industry as Relationship Manager Retail.
• Have good knowledge in banking
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.
• Have BSMR Certification min. Level 1
• Have good knowledge in operating computer especially windows programs.
• Minimum bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Have good knowledge about accounting and management.
• A result-oriented.
• Have Certification in Leadership Training, Selling Skills, Operational Training, Credit Analysis Training.
• Willing to be placed in Tanah Abang Sub Branch.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all employees in Sub Branch Office.
• Together with the marketing team, promote Bank SBI Indonesia products so that they could attract new customers, retain and increase existing customers, both nominally and number of accounts.
• Make a planning and budgeting allocated to Sub Branch results achievement.
• Make Yearly Sub Branch Performance Report for annual work meetings.
• Communicating work plans and directing all employees of the sub-branches below it to support and achieve the work plan.
• Monitor past due account.
• Manage and improve the achievement of Sub Branch Office in accordance with the plans and budgets, as well as complying with applicable regulations and changes.
• Monitor weekly pipeline reports for funding and lending transactions to related parties
• Mitigating credit risk by maintaining and monitoring disbursement, use of credit facilities and optimizing collection of non-performing loans (if any).
• Monitor and evaluate the work of the Sub Branch Office, both staff and employees and their achievements.
• Analyze and recommend to the relevant Directors and the credit committee the results of the analysis of applications or loan extensions.
