Have experience for >3 years in aesthetic clinic

Have certification for training in medical aesthetic procedures (Example: AAAM)

Responsible for the patient in particular and the clinic in general

Carry out medical actions in accordance with the scope of work of Indonesian medicine and the applicable clinic

Conduct cross-selling treatment and products to patients in accordance with the provisions of Indonesian medical ethics

Fulfil medical administration obligations according to Indonesian medico-legal provisions

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field required.

Have an experience in managing external PR and communications, including vendors, media and business partner relationships.

Have an experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Have an experience in organizing events.

Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have more than 2years as sales and marketing in a similar industry (aesthetic clinic).

Work as team with internal/external resources such as designers, developers, finance, external partners

Serve multiple Clients at the same time

Communicate with Clients to understand their business goals, strategies, tactics, wishes and explain our works

Deliver Clients success as planned, report internally/externally in neat and organized forms

Work hybrid WFH/WFO, WFO as per Clients/Company needs

Fluent in both Bahasa/English in verbal/written form

Initiate and manage all marketing campaigns through social media

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Marketing and preferably with exposure in the beauty industry or Aesthetic clinic.

Independent, detail-oriented, proactive leadership skills with positive working attitude

Establish and maintain brand marketing budgets

Develop and maintain social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, follower base, and user-generated content

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline

Prior experience in leading a corporate clinic is highly preferred;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Take clinic service and facilities always to higher standard;

Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Medicine/ Health/ other related majors;

Willing to set high standard in terms of service;

Domiciled or willing to relocate to Central Lampung.
