Together with GM and other senior management

Together with GM and other senior management develop, deliver, and monitor the SOP for Sales in branches.

Has 5 years experience in sales and a min of 3 years of it leading a number of sales teams.

Worthy achievement in Education / Hospitality business will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Work closely with the branches to meet sales goal

Melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar tatap muka

Membuat penilaian dan laporan hasil belajar murid

Membina hubungan yang baik dengan murid, rekan kerja, dan orang tua murid

Pendidikan minimal S1 (Diutamakan dengan jurusan terkait)

Bersedia untuk berperan aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah

Menguasai Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistantor relevant role
