Bachelor degree from any major, preferably business economy, finance

Having 1+ years experience in Product role

Having basic knowledge of insurance product (Bancassurance)

Prepare product request through Product Request Form

Controlling and monitoring product specification for External & Internal Partnership

Liaise with Legal team to draft Partnership agreement or addendum

Maintain good relationship and help the community leader in each area to arrange both online and offline event

Sustain and develop the community by pitching in good ideas and work plan to increase the numbers of community

Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication including reporting skill in English and Bahasa

Identify key Community Development (CD) priorities and improvement opportunities to develop strategic and impactful programs.

Develop and execute socio economic baseline and impact measurement framework to increase fit for purpose CD program.

Review and design the CD program to increase program’s fit for purpose and its alignment with APRIL Group priority in SDGs.

Oversee the CD Annual and Budget Plan Development based on community needs and in accordance with CD Long Term Plan.

Work closely with CD Operations Team to perform periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure program outcomes are well recorded and evaluated.

10+ years of direct B2B selling experience

Candidate must have extensive experience selling in the Indonesia market,

Successful history of direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Contract from 6 Months (extendable)

Min. 3 years of experience in a similar field, with experience in Insurance will be a plus.

Excellent verbal communication skills and customer oriented.

Experience working with a familiarity of B2B & B2B2C models.

Ability to deliver engaging presentations with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.

Create effective promotional strategies to encourage drivers to join the affiliate program and follow the rules and guidelines provided.
