About The Role And Person

• Permanent
• 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you

• Build lasting relationships with our customers and community groups to work collaboratively to develop sustainable solutions and deliver projects.
• Utilise project management tools to develop, deliver and monitor community development projects that align with Accent’s corporate strategy and business plan objectives.
• Support housing and home-ownership colleagues in the creation and delivery of estate improvement plans that achieve value for money.

Your core role and focus is all about the supporting the delivery of an effective and efficient housing based community development service that centralises the needs of our customers and builds sustainable neighbourhoods. You will coordinate and facilitate a range of customer and community focused groups and events such as consultation meetings, neighbourhood evets and positive action days. Your role will involve working in conjunction with other teams across Accent to enhance the communities in which we operate.

Location

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Peterborough Office.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £33,763 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

This post will also receive a car allowance of £1,250 per annum
