What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced community manager capable of providing support for the learning process of our students. We expect that you're a vibrant and enthusiastic community builder who will interact with our online students and staff and get them excited about new learning experiences.
Community Managers (CMs) play a vital role as the biggest cheerleaders for our students! They ensure a pleasant and enjoyable study environment by maintaining frequent communication and checking on students' well-being and study progress. From the moment students join us to their graduation, CMs accompany them throughout their academic journey and become their voice.

Requirements:

• Passion for going above and beyond to support our students and internal collaborators.
• Proficient in English and Malay languages.
• Readiness to work full time.
• Natural and engaging communication skills. You are a self-starter with impeccable time management skills
• The successful candidate will be solution-oriented with a high level of user empathy and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities
As a community manager, you will lead a cohort of students through a 6 to 10-month program while sharing your experience and inspiring them with your industry knowledge. You will need to:

• Conduct the onboardings and сreate schedules
• Motivate students to complete their projects in Bahasa and English
• Participate in daily Mattermost chats
• Possess digital literacy and a general understanding of the subject areas
• Organize online and offline meetups
