Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the growth of the KITA Squad community through Telegram and Instagram
• Plan, manage, and evaluate community development programs (end-to-end)
• Prepare detailed technical and financial reports regarding community development program designs
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external to KITA
• Build constructive relationships with the KITA Squad community, fostering engagement and collaboration
• Gather and analyze valuable feedback from the KITA Squad community

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating the Telegram and Instagram platforms
• Able to operate Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Possesses good and structured communication skills
• Minimum D4/S1 from all majors
• Resides in the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta preferred)
• Has the ability to build relationships on a large scale
• Fresh graduates are open to apply. Experience in designing and managing community development programs will be a plus point!
