Our dream is to building the largest Affiliate Ecommerce Community (AEC) in Indonesia. We looking for Community Development Specialist, will leads and directs the community & offline user growing also training program for user.

Responsibilities

Development and manage group leaders

- Development group leader, introduce and distribute Offline Affiliate mode (cash back, share products, earn commission);

- Develop more groups and let more users join groups;

Develop offline channels

- Looking for more offline partners, introduce and distribute Offline Affiliate mode (cash back, share products, earn commission);

- Cooperate with offline channels to organize and conduct business presentation meetings;

- Excellent language expression and logic skills, familiar with Internet tools;

Training

Will conduct training to our user online & offline

Requirements:

• Marketing Management Bachelor's degree;

• More than three years of experience in large e-commerce companies is preferred

• outstanding language expression and logic skills, familiar with Internet tools

• Creative and flexible thinking in marketing management

• Able to work strict with deadlines
