What you will do:

  • Build all necessary processes and guidelines together with a career center lead;
  • Communicate with our students and support them through their job-search process;
  • Be responsible for managing career coaches;
  • Be responsible for the organization of online live group event sessions;
  • Collect feedback from students and career coaches, analyze and work with career center lead on improvements;
  • Troubleshooting;
  • Be responsible for managing 300+ students.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in the career center would be an advantage;
  • Junior Project management skills.
  • English C1 and above;
  • You enjoy helping people and providing the best service to them;
  • 3+ years of experience working as community/customer success/customer support manager;
  • You love communication with people;
  • Organization of online group meetups;
  • Experience in building communication with our partners;
  • You know how to measure your work in terms of metrics;
