What You Will Do

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients’ business goals
• Lead a team of digital marketing experts, fostering a collaborative environment to optimize performance and encourage skill growth
• Execute and optimize various campaigns on Tokopedia internal ads products such as TopAds/TDN and also external ads products such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, and programmatic DSP Ads
• Foster innovation and creativity within the team to develop and implement solutions for more efficient workflows and processes
• Manage budgets and campaign ROI, providing frequent performance updates to stakeholders
• Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and digital marketing best practices
• Analyze performance data and develop insights to drive optimizations and improvements

What This Role Needs

• Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, and DSP Ads
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience, having successfully managed and developed a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights and implement optimizations
