About The Role

Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and motivated Brand Designer and Illustrator to join our design team and get flat daily pay to create incredible designs for our clients. As a freelance position, you will be compensated based on the number of design projects you deliver.

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following

• Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback
• Collaborating with clients and Design Lead to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging
• Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project manager, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality designs on a short delay, usually a maximum of 24 hours per project.
• Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of clients and marketing teams
• Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Researching current design trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Creating artwork, such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials, using computer software or by hand
• Design a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with design tools and software like Figma, Illustrators, and Photoshop.

How It Works

• Every 2 weeks, you bill us for all your completed orders, and we direct deposit amounts owed to your bank account within 2 business days.
• You will have access to our dashboard to review project details, including deadlines, and will also have access to a private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients.
• Once accepted into our network, you get daily notifications about graphic design orders matching your skills.

Compensations

• Compensation includes a flat rate of $20-$50 per graphic design task, bi-weekly payouts for completed tasks, and bonuses and incentives. So, there is no need to fight for clients or pitch without the promise of pay.

The Minimum Requirements For This Position Include The Following

• Team player with a sense of humor.
• Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
• Respect the average project turnaround of 24–48 hours per order.
• Proficient in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, PS, and Indd), and Canva.
• Deliver a minimum of 2 orders per day, with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Remote, freelance position with the freedom to choose when and where you work.
• 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Good English communication, detail-oriented and customer-friendly.
