Requirements

• Willing to work full-time (office hours: Mon to Fri at 9AM - 6PM) in Purwadhika Campus BSD (Green Office Park 9)
• Passion for design and a desire to share that passion with students
• Strong portfolio of design work, demonstrating a deep understanding of visual design principles and techniques
• Experience with industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Min 1+ years of experience
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of teaching and learning
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in visual design, and incorporate these into course content as appropriate
• Evaluate and grade student assignments and projects, providing detailed feedback to help students improve their skills and u
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation
• Participate in curriculum development and program planning, including course design and development of new programs or courses
• Participate in departmental and school-wide activities and events, such as faculty meetings, student critiques, and exhibitions
• Provide individual and group instruction to students, offering constructive feedback and guidance on their work
• Teach courses in Job Connector Visual Design, including but not limited to graphic design, branding, typography, and layout design
• Nderstanding of visual design
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans and course materials
