Senior Visual Designer yang akan bekerja untuk industri F&B yang fokus untuk produk pangan

. Kemampuan desain visual dan editing (photo & video) sangat dibutuhkan untuk posisi ini.

●2-3 years of experience as a visual designer or illustrator in the media, advertising, or tech industry.

●Experienced in working with specific targets.

●Experienced content creator on TikTok or Instagram.

●Turning creative concepts into visual products that align with the target audience.

●Generating creative concepts in collaboration with the creative team.

●Digging into diverse target audiences from various social strata.

Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, have an excellent time management and goal-driven but still know how to have fun

Driven to learn, positive attitude and reliable, great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues across different vertical

Conceptualize and create visuals for internal corporate communication collateral, such as: presentation template, poster, video, etc.

Ensure projects are completed with high quality, visually appealing, on brand and on schedule

Collaborate with the team to ensure the consistency of design on various platforms.

Able to present ideas to the team and stakeholder

4. Terlibat dalam tugas pemeriksaan, penyusunan pertanyaan/soal ujian, penilaian ujian dan pengembangannya.

5. Berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang disetujui oleh Universitas.

6. Bertindak sebagai pembimbing PA akademik bagi mahasiswa.

7. Berpartisipasi dalam berbagai acara Universitas.

8. Melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaan lain yang dibutuhkan oleh Fakultas dan/atau Rektorat.

Clarify the assigned design project scope, including its goals, requirements, and expectations

Translate accurate visualisations from design concepts based on communicated requirements

Conduct usability and concept testing of design prototypes in laboratory setting, remotely, and real-life setting

Experience working with web or mobile based technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android Studio, XCode, etc.) and Design System.

Effective design sensibilities as they relate to applying a brand to digital experiences.

Interpret illustrations, computer-aided design files, and/or other modelling data based on the specified project scope

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Collaborate with the product management and marketing teams to understand the objectives, target audience, and key messaging for each product release.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Visual Designer, preferably with a focus on product releases or similar projects.

Solid knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual design.

Experience with industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite

- Video shotting & editing skills is a bonus

• Approximately 5-7 years experience as a hands on designer

• Experienced in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop

• Experienced in Video Production & Editing is a huge plus

Content production and analysis for Nuri Cashback, including conceptualization, production and analysis.

- Create visualization of user journey( e.g. Icon creation)

Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and attention to detail

Complete the design work of packaging according to requirements

Diploma degree in graphic design, visual arts, photography, or a related field

Proficient in design applications (Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other design software)

Able to create the latest design ideas or design concepts
