. Kemampuan desain visual dan editing (photo & video) sangat dibutuhkan untuk posisi ini.

Proven experience as a fashion product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and projects.

In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, materials, textiles, and production processes.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manufacturers, and suppliers.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Research and analyze fashion trends, market preferences, brand's aesthetic, target audience, and design objectives.

Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts that capture the essence of the brand and current fashion trends.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in brand identity design, UI redesign, illustration, and graphics, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.

Experience with user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to UI/UX design projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Graphics Design: Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital media, such as social media graphics, banners, infographics, advertisements, etc.

Hands-on experience in the creative process, graphic design and / or illustration.

Distill business concepts and client needs into refined creative designs.

Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.

Lead project from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.

- Video shotting & editing skills is a bonus

• Approximately 5-7 years experience as a hands on designer

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising, design agency or in-house design dept.

Knowledge of video editing and 2D animation.

Good communication skills within a team.

Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
