Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory
• Experience in using generative AI tools e.g. using midjourney to create unique and innovative art pieces
• Fluent in speaking and writing with Bahasa and English language
• Fast hands-on skills with Adobe Illustrator and After Effects to create jaw-dropping Digital goods and captivating visuals
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, delivering high-quality designs within timelines
• A passion for pushing creative boundaries, experimenting with new techniques, and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your fast hands-on illustration and graphic design skills
• Experience with 3D design, motion graphics, or animation is a plus, enabling you to bring dynamic visuals to life.
• A keen eye for detail, color theory, and composition, ensuring your designs captivate and engage audiences
• Any experience designing creatives for any web3 platform is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in creating visually appealing posters and digital assets that resonate with the target audience
