Offline Sales Operations Head

What we are looking for

Kredivo is looking for a highly effective, mission-driven person to join us to lead Offline Sales Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling up our offline sales promoter channel and setting up best-in-class processes, enabling the offline team to meet its yearly performance target. This is a role for a hi-quality individual who likes being in the middle of the action and will report to General Manager of Kredivo Indonesia.

Job description:

This role will require you to perform multiple responsibilities:

1. Hiring and Onboarding
2. Hiring: Manage hiring processes for scaling up Kredivo offline sales promoter team from 300 to 1000 people by Dec 2022. This involves building identifying new recruitment channels and streamlining the current hiring process to improve hiring efficiency
3. Onboarding: Build processes to manage onboarding program for the new SPGs to improve sales performance
4. Performance Management
5. KPI and Target setting: Build data driven KPIs and target-setting process to drive and optimize sales performance.
6. Performance tracking: Set-up systems and process to track and monitor sales performance and consequence management in line with sales performance
7. Training and development: Set up proper training and development practices, in line with career progression plans for the sales team
8. Sales Enablers
9. Sales Tools: Work closely with the product and sales team to ensure that sales tools e.g., SPG mobile app are being optimally utilized. Also, suggest areas new features to ensure real-time monitoring leveraging these tools
10. SPG placement: Work closely with the offline sales and data science teams to build a data-driven framework for optimal SPG placement across offline merchants to maximize sales performance
11. Collateral Management: Work with offline merchant account managers and sales team to ensure proper placement and monitoring of offline collateral to maximize Kredivo’s visibility in offline stores
12. Quality Assurance and Fraud Management
13. Quality Assurance: Scale up QA team processes to support SPG team and introduce best practices and tools to ensure that customer experience in offline channel is optimized
14. Fraud Management: Work with risk team to setup proper fraud monitoring and lead initiatives to mitigate any deficiencies identified

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience managing sales operations in a hi-growth environment
• Solid communicator
• At least a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in engineering or a related discipline
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to analyze trends, investigate issues, and suggest solutions to problems
• Hi-energy and goal-driven personality, focused on achieving big things in ½ the time
• Proven track record in doing process improvements and helping teams deliver better performance
