Job Description
Responsibility
  • Understanding the feedback from the region and identify initiatives to improve the strategic and maximize the profitability of the business
  • Collaboratives with related stakeholders to ensure the strategic align with the actual implementation
  • Set targets and monitor the performance of city profitability and cluster profitability and take this input for further initiatives product, marketing, sales and strategy communication
  • Develop what-if scenarios to compare opportunity and profitability and optimize the investments considering insights from product, sales and marketing
  • Develop strategic initiatives in the short term, mid-term and long term for the business
  • Identify initiatives to smartly invest and looking alternative to maximize the profitability of the business
Qualifications
  • At least 7-8 years of experiences in developing business strategy with stellar execution
  • A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies
  • Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about business strategy, product, pricing, and marketing strategy
  • Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective strategic business frameworks
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to translate data to data driven decisions
  • Experience working within the tech industry, with a familiarity of tech company metrics (especially regarding FBB & FMC services)
  • Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
