AIA Indonesia currently looking for Module & Development Manager with responsibility:
Responsible for the design, development and timely update of all training program. With this role, the expectations is we can increase the quality of sales force
:
- Managing Product & Technical and non Technical Development Program in TDX team.
- Develop and design training materials and all related activities, ie. Forum discussion group for upcoming product, align technical specification training material and the content of training material with related department.
- Monitoring implementation of the program to ensure its inline with PD needs.
- 100% project completion on Partnership Distribution level
- Manage the quality of delivery of any newly developed training program within current Bancasurrance training roadmap through proper Train The Trainers Program to the related parties.
- Supervise and monitor the quality of the program implementation.
- Campaign the program benefit to make sure the sales team understand the purpose of the program.
- Reporting on update and tracking of all activities related to program development.
- Ensure the agreed process for master copy of product launch deck is followed
- Conduct regular review of existing training materials and recommend new curriculum and/or enhancement of current learning path which include but not limited to the content, methodology and technology of the learning to ensure the training is fit to the dynamic of the industry and bring training unit into the best training outfit in the industry
Requirements:
Education :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) any major
Experience :
- Minimum 7 years in insurance industry in insurance area for program design and material development
Certification/Licenses :
- CPLHI or equivalent
Special Skills :
- Program design and development skills
- Product, technical and non technical skills
- Presentation, facilitator, and communication skills
- Ability to understand and analyze data
