Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work in the Post sales as a PM, and create WBS, necessary documents (SoW definitions, Discussion Sheet, Check List and so on) to carry out the PJ successfully until handover to operation phase, and support Sales team invoicing schedule control.
  • Identification of opportunities and influence the sale by conducting a business conversation with the client positioning NTT Ltd consulting and technical services offerings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
  • Documentation and management of risks and issues
  • Manage the delivery of the project/program, including rigorous scope control and change management.
  • Work as a PM for internal PJ schedule control, meeting facilitation and reporting with a perspective to improve or enhance the business process, employee growth and so on.
  • Ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and program management
  • Ensure that the project/program delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects and in the case of program management, ensure the management of multiple related projects directed towards a common objective.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
  • Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project or program solution which includes the completion of a proposal. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.


Required Experience:

  • Able to communicate in English is a must (Speaking and Writing).
  • Willing to work at Jakarta.
  • Minimum 3-year related working experience as a Client Project Manager.
  • Prefer Majoring from Information Technology, electrical engineering, computer engineering & system information.
  • Have experience in IT industry especially Infra, Telecommunication, Cloud services industry is a plus.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • A minimum of education with a diploma in IT or a graduate degree or equivalent
  • General Qualification in Technology (Technical Diploma) or equivalent
