Job Description
  • Build and manage interdependencies between projects / teams (consortium)
  • Build, manage and publish team metrics and reporting enabling accurate visibility and transparency between support teams and stakeholders
  • Drive and own responsibilities of Service delivery
  • Grow Agile maturity within development team members, as well as product owners, scaling best practices
  • Coordinate/Manage L1 & L2 services related to migrated workloads on to AWS Outposts & AWS Regional public cloud.
  • Setup Process for Cloud Operations (Infra and Security)
  • Promote Agile values, principles and practices within the teams
  • Facilitate collaboration every day to remove impediments and reduce risk
  • Manage timely escalation process between the L2 and L3 teams.
  • Manage SLA’s as committed to the customer.
  • Schedule, manage and facilitate meetings between different stakeholders


Minimum Qualifications


  • Outstanding communications skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics
  • Certified AWS Sysops engineer.
  • ITIL certification, project management certification.
  • Proven understanding of Agile values and principles, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and experience in Scrum
  • Comprehensive experience with workflow management tools
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environment
