Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surabaya for a Field Operations member. The Field Operations member will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day field operations, including coordinating with vendors, providing technical support, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they will ensure inventory management, service quality, and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in field operations and inventory management.
• Ability to use technical equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise good judgment.
