Field Production Coordinator Corn

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible to support Row Crop field seed production in developing the production strategy with data management, analysis, grower pricing, payments with documentation & compliance

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support in budget spending reviews, parent seed reconciliations & required purchases in time
• Lead & promote use of digital tools like Velocity, FTS, Digital Signature etc., by ensuring timely implementation
• Focus on self development, work cohesively as a team with high standard of engagement
• Coordinating for timely supplies of package of Technology inputs and other materials to production areas/growers during production season for smooth field operations
• Liaise with business partners for documentation, involving and timely payments (Big Growers, Tollers, vendors)
• Production data management (Vendor creation, grower contracting, SAP, Velocity, WEMA/SMA)
• Develop, maintain relations & networking with production & other related functions for smooth operations
• Ensures operations are compliant to Bayer requirements and local regulations, including HSE, Quality, and Sustainability standards
• SPOC for all field data queries and support the relevant teams on training and updates
• Data capturing, analysis & sharing with relevant stakeholders in the area of COGS, WUE & GHG emissions
• Prepare consolidated functional dashboard & track progress on functional metrics
• Prepare production strategy basis the crop plan in alignment with Row Crop Production Lead
• Drive efficiencies in data management and long-term solutions
• Work on LRP, budgets and track ASP ( Advanced Seed Production )
• Maintain LSSM ( Lembaga Sertifikasi Sistem Manjemen Mutu) records by coordinating with Quality Management System Certificate Institute
• Ensure relevant compliances and audit needs for seed production activities
• Work in Tandem with Finance, ERD team for timely payments

Who You Are

• University degree/ Preferably from IT

• 5-8 years relevant experience in Seed Production with SAP handling
• External Stakeholder Relations
• Cross-functional collaboration & communication
